Payments

You agree to make full payment along with GST, Convenience Fee, & Shipping Charges during the purchase. Kids Orthopedic Clinic do not offer any bank sponsored or private financing or EMI options.

Product Returns & Replacements

Product replacements will be entertained only in case customer is shipped a defective product. He/she is requested to submit complete details along with visual proofs within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
Products, once delivered, can not be returned unless found defective at the time of manufacturing.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Kids Orthopedic Clinic do not offer order cancellations. Hence, no amount will be refunded in case you chose to cancel an order or such queries.

The cancellation and refund policy are only applicable to all online payments made through website for ordering products available on website.

Refunds: Once you have paid for a product, no refund policy applies. Due to the nature of services involved, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.

In case Cancellation is initiated by Dr. Soumya Paik & team, 100% of product price will be refunded to end user.
